Switzerland is NOT in the European Union but has to accept some EU-laws. We will wait and see. Or we will do e Schwexit.

Reading the Schengen treaty the Swiss could veto its application in Switzerland, unless there's some other agreement tucked away in another bilateral somewhere that overrides this aspect of Schengen....
